MY OPINION ON FAMILY

Definition Of Family : People descended from a common ancestor.

Simple right? Nope, not at all. Family is something very important to some and just a word for others. To many, family is hope. When things get rough and friends turn their back they turn to family for advice or just for a place to stay till they get things together LOL.

In some situations family has your back. But some people dont have this bond with their family or might not even have a family. In other situations family may not have your back no matter whats going wrong.

Some people might not be comftorable turning towards their relatives for help and would rather let a friend know whats wrong. I feel that family is whoever you consider family, in other words someone you can come to and they'll listen and understand but at the same time be honest with you and tell you if something your doing is wrong. What do you think?

Arguement Ends In Fatal Shooting

Sept 25th 2007, at 10:30pm Edwin Serrao(31)(My Brother In Law) was shot several times and pronounced dead at the scene. The killer Damaso Rivera-Vargas(59) was caught and taken to the Osceola County Jail and charged with homicide with no bail. Maryelin Huaman (My Sister) was not injured and witnessed the whole thing. Aparrently Edwin Serrao rented a room to Mr. Vargas and that night happened to get into an arguement about getting his room back and he suddenly shot him. The victim will be taken to Dominican Republic to be buried and will have a funeral in Orlando, FL and in Sanchez, Samana, Dominican Republic.

My condolonces to his family and friends and as for me....well, i will miss you very much and to my sister, im here for you and i love you. Edwin "El Bello" Serrao may you Rest In Peace. :(

Carlos y Alejandra. La nueva sensacion de la bachata. Este duo formado en Boston ya se esta popularizando nacionalmente y hasta en otros paises. Para mi el duo es phenomenal. Sus lyricas y las ideas de las canciones son espectacular. A pesar de que la voz de Carlos es similar a la voz de Romeo del grupo Aventura, tienen un talento que los destaca muy bien. Espero que ellos tengan mucho exito. En el media player puedes escuchar su exito "Explicame" y "Doña Rosa". Esperen su nueva produccion llamada "Destiny" muy pronto.

My Opinion On Aventura's New Album "K.O.B. Live"

Finally, after being on hold for 2 months for promotion, Aventura's new album K.O.B. Live dropped on 12/19/06. Already having a hit single out "Los Infieles". The album quickly rose to the top of the charts its first week:

My personal opinion on this new album and the 4 new songs (Apart from Los Infieles) is that it is one of their greatest productions yet. The songs demonstrate to the fullest Anthony's lyrical talent and the groups overall talent. The live songs are very well mastered and show that they also sound great when they perform live. This album also brings a DVD which contains footage of performances in Altos De Chavon(Dom.Rep.), Madison Square Garden, and a little tribute to the fans. They recently were on MiTRL(Picture On The Top) and let everyone know the rumors of a break-up are not true. Let me know what you think of the album?????

Me da mucho coraje cuando oigo de nuevas reds como esta....LA REVISTA DIGITAL...El fen�meno!....que lo que hacen es que desacredita las mujeres de la Republica Dominicana. Lo que da mas coraje es que estas mujeres son bellas y tienen capasidad de hacer mejor. Deben de ponerle un paro a esto. Y creo que tambien las mujeres deben de darse a respetar y no llevarse de el bolsillo del extranjero. Estan abusando y ya esta bueno!!!

The link shows a list of many women who are available and offers them hotel, car, flights, and dinner. To me its sick and the country must take action and put an end to this.

Huellas Del Tiempo a new bachata group signed and produced by Lenny Santos's(From Aventura) record label Blue Blood The Royal Empire Inc. The group has just dropped their first album called "Chapter 1"(which clearly states there is more to come...jeje) and brings a whole new style to bachata. It contains their hit single which is already on the radio "No Pensaste En Mi". The album is off da hook and i recommend it to everyone. I mean it is produced by the man who creates all of Aventura's hits Lenny Santos Aka Len Melody. Their new video to their hit single is in the VIDEO SECTION..........

Xtreme's New Album "Haciendo Historia"

After Xtreme's New Album Release, Everyones been talking about the "Overtime" skit. In which Xtreme self-proclaims themselves as the best and imitate Lenny and Romeo's voices. Aventura Fans have become outraged with this. I personally think Xtreme's goal was just to have some fun and get back at them for their "Audition" skit on the "God's Project" album. The question is, who is the best Bachata group??Aventura Or Xtreme??I say Aventura is at the top right now but that doesnt mean Xtreme doesnt have as much talent. The reality is Xtreme is considered a copy of Aventura. Even if thats true, their new album proves they have talent and have a total new different flow.Even thought their last albums lacked lyrical talent(which means the words are very simple and not too good) To me Xtreme has always focused on Harmony and more R&B. I Love Xtreme's music but my favorite group is Aventura. The Fact is Aventura will always be number 1 for many different reasons!!!!!Anyway in the VIDEO SECTION is Xtreme's newest video to their hit single "Shorty Shorty"

My Opinion On Finding The Right Person

This short opinion im writing about is not only for women but for the fellas too. We all have our dream person. That someone that fits your perfect partner description. Some say its merely impossible to find. I say it is possible and if not, you can come pretty close and be more than happy. Therefore i think people should date and get to know the people they date. This will help you make the right choice if you wish to be happy for the rest of your life. Finding the right person is not only thinking about how you want that person to be, but also how they would want you to be. In other words dont be selfish. Ask the person what kind of person THEY want in THEIR life. The reason why i say this
is not from personal experience, but i am a very observative person that learns from the others experience and many times ive seened relationships end and they would say"I thought i knew you". So dont just make someone your girlfriend/boyfriend......GET TO KNOW THEM WELL.

Mi Opinion Sobre La "Ley Seca" En RD

¿Que es La "Ley Seca"? Se trata de una ley nueva que prohibe la venta o distribucion de la bebidas alcoholicas despues de las 12am los dias de semana y depues de las 2am los fines de semana. La realidad es que la delicuencia a bajado despues de la ley. En verdad le combiene a la gente que hacen malas bebidas y a los que estan alrededor. Pero tambien entiendo que no es bueno para los negocios nocturnos. Menos de 10 años atras el pais no tenia la delicuencia que hay hoy, sin la ley seca. El pais no necesita ley seca, lo que necesita es disciplina. Usando el mismo metodo de exijir leyes, sino con reglas, multas, Nuevas autoridades(inteligente no los ladrones y ignorantes que tienen de policia), para sacar el delicuente de la calle. Osea para que repeten las leyes y se den de cuenta otra vez(digo otra vez porque al dominicano se le ha olvidado), que si la rompen haran consecuencias.

Well their long awaited album is comin out on December 19th.......It consists of 2 CD's Including Da Hit Single "Los Infieles" and 3 new songs....Mi Corazoncito, Controversia, Jose and a exclusive DVD which contains one of Aventura's Best Videos Yet "Los Infieles" Directed By Jesse Terrero and contains other performances. As you can see the concept behind the album cover is very clever(The Beatles of Bachata). I like it. Im dyin ta listen ta da new songs and da mastered live songs. Aventura is also leavin da Premium Latin Music Label after their next album(Album after K.O.B.) and da release of their movie. I think their most likely going to go under BlueBlood. If u didnt know i am a big Aventura fan. In fact dey r da 1s who inspire me 2 do musik. In the VIDEO SECTION is there latest video and the best one so far.....********LOS INFIELES*********

My Opinion On The School Cell Phone Ban In NYC

Regardless of the fact that mayor bloomberg says he
stands by his word of keeping the school cell phone ban,
It is still wrong. Although some students do lose control
and start playin their ringers in the hallways, I believe
thats the school's administrators and security's job to
control this. I was in High School before the ban took full
throtel and it was not a Big Deal. Students would ask to
step out of class to talk on their phones, so they wont
disturb the class. Which i think is very thoughful.

Studies show that their are more cell phones being entered
into schools now than before the ban. Which i find very ironic.
I am not in high school anymore but, it still bothers me to
know that my children will have to go through the same thing.
The only reason why Mayor Bloomberg doesnt give it a second
thought is because im positive that neither him or his daughters
had to go through what todays parents are going through. Even
Bloomberg cant go a day without his Blackberry. Anyway i just
wanted to get that off my chest. Tell me what you think.....leave
